
Laird is incredibly strong. He works out 6-7 days a week. He rarely sits and you’ll never catch him watching tv on the couch unless it’s after 8:00 for a family movie. His amount of activities may shock you.
Monday- Wednesday -Friday
1-2 Hr Weight Room Circuit with the boys
Short Bike Ride -1 ½ hrs (short?)
Tuesday – Thursday
Long Bike Ride – Mountain or Street
Sand Training -lunges, push-ups, head stands, hindu squats, log drag, sand dunes
Standup Paddle Surf Session
Saturday-Sunday
Bike – Mountain or Road
Water activities – surfing, standup paddling, foil boarding, jet skiing
Laird tries to get worked on – deep massage – 1 to2 times a week to help muscle recovery.

Stand Up Paddling- Surfing
1 – 2 Hours
Laird paddles out to one of his favorite spots in Malibu. Here he decides to try it backwards as you will often see him doing. Most of the time he goes out he comes back completely dry (never goes in the water).
